The C-Range is used primarily for black powder, center fire rifles, and rimfire rifles though it’s important to note that rimfire shooting must utilize the two-foot high mini-berms that are spread out in various yardage’s for this purpose.
All bullets must impact a berm. Bullets that drop or skip on the ground before impacting a berm are likely to ricochet out of the shooting range and present an unsafe condition. If you are found to be doing this, you may have your membership suspended as we cannot have bullets leaving the range.
You are allowed to shoot big bore handguns only if the Board of Directors has granted you specific approval. Approval is obtained by presenting documentation to the Board of Directors which contains the specific external ballistics of the rounds you wish to shoot, the yardage’s you wish to shoot, and sufficient proof of your ability to ensure that the rounds you shoot will make it to the back berm, 200 yards away.
